Running, lifting and boxing wreck my upper back and neck. A monthly massage only helped for a day. Cupping was what actually held, and now I do ten minutes myself, or my wife runs the cup over my back, whenever I need it.

accura Pulse.
Most electric cupping devices compress their suction range into a handful of usable settings, leaving you stuck between too weak to matter and too strong to control. accura uses a 12-gear negative-pressure system across a 60 kPa vacuum tank to double that resolution. Intensity dials to the exact point where tight tissue releases, instead of forcing the suction higher than you need.
- 12 suction levels, 60 kPa tank: a usable setting at every step, not a cliff between 'nothing' and 'too much'
- Independent hot compress: precise temperature control, adjusted separately from suction
- Vibration massage mode: four therapy modes combining suction, heat, and vibration
- 20-minute auto-off timer: every session ends itself, removing over-treatment guesswork
- Cordless smart design: USB-C rechargeable with an LCD readout
- Reaches what percussion can’t: negative pressure lifts tissue instead of pounding it, so it works the deep, stuck spots a massage gun bounces off. Once it’s on, the suction holds the cup in place, so there’s no holding it against the spot.
- Free step-by-step guide: The Cupping Playbook shows you exactly where to place the cup for neck, back, shoulders, legs and more.
accura is a wellness device for everyday muscle recovery, not a medical device. If you’re pregnant or managing a health condition, check with your doctor first.
One well-controlled cup. Not an 8-piece kit.
While most electric cups compress their suction range into a handful of usable settings, accura uses a 12-gear negative-pressure system across a 60 kPa tank to double that resolution, so intensity dials to the exact point where tissue releases, instead of forcing the suction higher than you need. Warmth and vibration layer on top, each under its own control.
Suction dialed to the exact point where tight tissue releases, with no guesswork.
Negative pressure draws fresh, oxygenated blood into the area to speed repair.
A vibration massage mode relaxes stubborn, built-up tension alongside the lift.
Cordless, USB-C rechargeable, LCD readout. Every session ends itself.
Will it bruise me?
Bruising in this category usually comes from suction that's too strong for too long. accura gives you 12 levels to start low and build gradually, and the 20-minute auto-off caps every session. Marks at higher levels are temporary circulation marks that fade over a few days, a normal response, not an injury.
I've never tried cupping. Where do I start?
Start at level 1 with low heat and stay there. Users with even severe tension report the lowest settings are more than enough. You're always one press from off, and the timer ends the session for you.
What are the four modes?
Deep suction, heat, vibration, and a soothing pulsing mode. Unlike locked "combo" devices, each is adjusted independently, so you can isolate what works for you and repeat it.
How is it different from my massage gun?
A massage gun presses into the muscle with rapid percussion. It's great for waking up big muscle groups, but it works mostly the surface, bounces off bone, and can't reach your own back or shoulder blades without a partner. accura does the opposite: negative pressure lifts the tissue, so it reaches the deep, stuck spots percussion skips, and the suction holds the cup in place while it works. Plenty of people keep both, and use accura for the knots the gun can't reach.
Can I treat my own back and shoulders by myself?
Yes. Place the cup, let the suction hold it, and it stays put while it works, so there's no reaching around to keep pressure on a spot the way you would with a massage gun. No partner, rig, or extension handle needed. For your upper back and between the shoulder blades, a smaller cup head on a low setting works best.
Do I need to use oil or lotion?
For gliding the cup along a muscle, yes. A thin layer of body oil or lotion lets the cup glide smoothly instead of dragging the skin, which keeps it comfortable and helps prevent irritation. For stationary (parked) cupping on a single spot, you don't need it. Your free Cupping Playbook walks through both.
Is accura a medical device?
No. accura is a wellness device, not a medical device, and is not intended to diagnose or treat any condition. Consult a clinician before use if you have concerns.
“My back and neck stay loose now, not just for a day.”
Running, lifting and boxing leave my upper back, neck and feet wrecked. A monthly massage helped for about a day; cupping was what actually held it until the next visit. With accura I just do it at home whenever I need it, no appointment required.
Customer reviews
got this out of curiosity and it's honestly become part of my routine after long days sitting at a desk, it really does help with tight muscles. the mix of heat, suction and vibration feels so good and you can feel everything loosening up pretty fast. one tip: put a little lotion or oil on your skin first or the cup won't glide smoothly and it's way less comfortable.
I run this after workouts to loosen up my back and legs. Honest take: it doesn't fully match the cupping I've had done by a therapist, that still goes a bit deeper. But this is at home whenever I want, no appointment, and that convenience means I actually keep up with it. For the price and ease, no complaints.
