Devon's story: the relief that finally held between massages

Between running, lifting and boxing, I train most days, and my body lets me know it. The worst of it lands in my upper back and neck, with my feet not far behind. For a long time that was just the background noise of training hard.
The weekly routine that only went so far
I did everything you're supposed to. Stretching, a lacrosse ball into the tight spots, foam rolling through the week. Once a month I'd see my massage therapist, and for about a day afterward my back and neck felt great. Then, like clockwork, the tightness crept back and settled in until the next appointment.
The thing that actually held
My massage therapist is the one who put me onto cupping, and that was the turning point. Instead of a single day of relief, it kept my upper back and neck loose right up until my next visit. It was the first thing that changed the pattern instead of just interrupting it.
Doing it on my own schedule
The only catch was booking around someone else's calendar. After I found accura, that went away. I run ten quiet minutes on myself, or my wife sets the cup on my back when I can't reach, and I get the same relief without waiting for an appointment. Same spots, low and slow, most weeks.
I'm not claiming it's magic. It's just the first tool that fit how I actually train and live.
